Bawsgron (Aggron) (M) @ Choice Band

Trait: Rock Head

EVs: 52 HP / 252 Atk / 204 Spe

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)

  • Head Smash
  • Heavy Slam
  • Earthquake
  • Aqua Tail

Choice Banded Head Smash is absurdly strong STAB and Rock Head takes care of the otherwise recoil.
Heavy Slam is the secondary STAB for hitting things Head Smash shouldn't be used on.
Earthquake takes care of Steel types, and has a nice Base Power anyway if I would like to ease the prediction a bit.
Aqua Tail is used to hit Ground types.
The speed EVs are there to outpace 75 base speeds such as Claydol.


Magneton @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Magnet Pull

EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)

  • Volt Switch
  • Thunderbolt
  • Flash Cannon
  • Hidden Power Fire

Scarfer of the team and can revengefaint pretty well.
Volt Switch is scouting, STAB and can be used to brake sub and switch out for instance.
Thunderbolt is used for a more powerful attack and doesn't force Magneton to switch.
Flash Cannon hits Rock types harder, and can be used when an Electric type move is inappropriate.
Hidden Power Fire works well with Magnet Pull, taking care of Steel types whom Honchkrow has trouble with. (Poor Ferroseed :()


Whippin' (Tangrowth) (F) @ Leftovers

Trait: Regenerator

EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def

Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spe)

  • Power Whip
  • Hidden Power Fire
  • Leech Seed
  • Sleep Powder

Very good physical wall.
Power Whip is a solid and powerful STAB move.
Hidden Power Fire compliments Power Whip well hitting Steel and Grass types.
Leech Seed is good for healing and it can be used as support to other teammates.
Sleep Powder cripples stuff and allows some free turns.
I also tried using Ferroseed here but it left the team too weak to Fighting moves.


RoostN (Honchkrow) (F) @ Life Orb

Trait: Moxie

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)

  • Brave Bird
  • Sucker Punch
  • Roost
  • Substitute

Brave Bird is very good STAB and is very powerful even without Moxie boosts.
Sucker Punch is priority which any team should have.
Roost heals off damage from Subs Life Orb recoil and Brave Bird recoil.
Substitute creates the awesome SubRoost combo and protects it from annoying stuff such as Toxic.
Good Moxie sweeper.


Moltres @ Life Orb

Trait: Flame Body

EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)

  • Fire Blast
  • Hidden Power Grass
  • Air Slash
  • Roost

Fire Blast is the Fire type STAB.
Hidden Power Grass takes care of things like Quagsire who eagerly switch in to Moltres. Wonder if Quagsire still thinks he's tough after a Life Orb max SpA HP Grass to the face.
Air Slash is the other STAB and has a nice flinch chance if that would be needed.
Roost heals off damage.


Hitmonlee (M) @ Leftovers

Trait: Reckless

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)

  • Hi Jump Kick
  • Double-Edge
  • Foresight
  • Rapid Spin

STAB Reckless boosted Hi Jump Kick is very powerful and is the chosen STAB move.
Double-Edge hits things who take recisted damage from Hi Jump Kick such as Accelgor and Sigilyph on the predicted switch.
Foresight is mainly used to be able to Spin on Ghosts, but it also allows Hitmonlee to use an attack on Ghosts.
Rapid Spin helps out the team in general, especially Moltres and Honchkrow.
