Is this for showdown?
Haxorus: You won't be confusing yourself. Replace lum berry with life orb.
Yanmega: Replace detect with protect because it has more PP. It's normal type, so it hits fairies for neutral damage.
Um, Protect and Detect don't deal damage?
Does it really look like I care?
We can't really see you at all, this being the internet and everything...
Sorry. Thanks for reminding me.

Haxorus
Most people only run lum berry if they run outrage. You might want to change the item unless you want it. Also, iron tail gives more coverage than Poison jab, but keep Poison Jab if you want it.
#2:Vaporeon
Vaporeon
Nothing looks wrong with this set. It provides the cleric your team needs.
#3:Metagross
Metagross
Most of these are offensive rather than defensive. I'd say you should run this set instead:
Metagross @ Assault Vest
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Atk / 96 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Pursuit
- Meteor Mash
- Bullet Punch
- Earthquake
#4:Infernape
Infernape
Despite having equal attacks, I would not recommend a mixed attacker. Here is a less reckless infernape set that keeps fake out:
Infernape @ Life Orb
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fire Punch
- Mach Punch
- Thunder Punch
- Fake Out
If you don't want to use this set, then just use the same EVS as this set and replace overheat with flare blitz.
EDIT: DO NOT RUN Fake Out. Stone Edge/Earthquake Should replace that move on all sets or Gunk shot as well on this set i made.

Like sumwun said, run protect Instead of detect. It has more PP alowing you to get more speed. But other that that. It will do fine.
#6:Espeon
Espeon
It's advised to run trick on this one because you can shut down setup sweepers. And grass knot doesn't help Espeon at all so I would say remove it.

Your team is missing a utility lead. Shuckle makes a good one, and here is a moveset:
Shuckle
Shuckle @ Mental Herb
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Sticky Web
- Stealth Rock
- Encore
- Infestation
Set up as much you can, saving infestation for last. If you get taunted during setup, use infestation right away. Replace whoever you want for this one.

Some nice changes here ~ Good job!
MixedNape > Fake Out Nape
Actually, yes, in your rate, your Infernape just has random coverage moves, which isn't very viable. The original set was fine, in my opinion, just take out Overheat.
Who should I replace for Shuckle?
Vaporeon / Metagross, perhaps.
