Unless you plan to switch a lot, you shouldn't have that many Pokemon know draco meteor. If you do plan to switch a lot, you should have a defogger or rapid spinner.

Dragonite: Replace earthquake with iron head for better coverage.
Latias: It's usually pointless to have two dragon attacks. Replace draco meteor with calm mind.
Kyurem: Replace ice beam with dragon claw so you can fully invest in physical attack. Give it this spread: 252 Atk/4 SpD/252 Spe
Dragalge: Replace draco meteor and fire hidden power with dragon pulse and fighting hidden power for better coverage and less need to switch. Replace modest with bold to take physical attacks better.
