Hi! This team has a lot of potential, but the big problems I see with this team are the sets being pretty off for a lot of the pokemon, and some of the pokemon you have being a bit outclassed or better replaced by something with the same or similar type. Finally, the team is lacking a win condition so it's a bit unclear as to what the team's goal is.

I think Infernape's the best choice for a win condition on this team since you have quite a few partners on this team that help support it pretty well, so I suggest changing Infernape's set to the Nasty Plot set.

Infernape @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 136 Atk / 120 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Fire Blast
- Close Combat
- Grass Knot

The team doesn't really have a good way of revenge killing Alakazam, which can outspeed the whole team and dish out a lot of damage to it, so I suggest changing Krookodile's set to the Choice Scarf set.

Krookodile @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Stone Edge
- Pursuit

The team isn't really fit to support rain, so I don't think running Rain Dance Mega Swampert is a good idea. I suggest changing Mega Swampert's set to the Offensive Stealth Rocker set.

Swampert @ Swampertite
Ability: Damp
EVs: 212 HP / 252 Atk / 44 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Waterfall
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch

Onto the pokemon changes, the team lacks a good switch-in to Scald since Haxorus is the only thing that can switch into it, but burns will cripple it. I suggest replacing Galvantula with Heliolisk to have a switch-in to Scald and water type moves in general. Adding Heliolisk gives you a Volt Switch user as well, which is very appreciated with this team because it's pretty offensive and as such, lacks defensive pokemon to deal with powerful threats. Having a Volt Switch user allows you to keep up momentum against your opponent to safely bring in your big threats.

Heliolisk @ Life Orb
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Hyper Voice
- Surf
- Thunderbolt

In my opinion, Haxorus is outclassed by Salamence as an offensive dragon type, so I suggest you replace Haxorus with Salamence. The team has a pretty glaring weakness to fighting types, especially after the addition of Heliolisk, so Salamence helps out a lot in that regard by checking fighting types. I don't think Defog is too necessary since nothing is overly weak to Stealth Rock, but if you end up finding it to be a problem, you can replace Iron Tail with Defog.

Salamence @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Iron Tail
- Roost

For the final change, I personally prefer Sylveon over Gardevoir because Gardevoir is typically a revenge killer with Choice Scarf and we've already covered that with Krookodile. I like Sylveon as opposed to Florges for this team because I wanted an extra momentum-grabber and I thought that Sylveon was bulky enough to handle the threats that need to be handled--Mega Sceptile, in particular, could be pretty annoying--and could still provide offensive pressure, which Florges can't really do without the Calm Mind set. Because of all this, I suggest replacing Gardevoir with Specs Sylveon.

Sylveon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 208 HP / 252 SpA / 48 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hyper Voice
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power Fire
- Baton Pass

I chose to run 48 Speed EVs as opposed to the standard Smogon set because it outspeeds AV Machamp, which could be threatening if Sylveon couldn't outspeed it.

I know I ended up changing up three pokemon, despite the fact that I don't like changing more than two, but I think these changes will make the team a lot more threatening. Keep in mind that this team needs to be played pretty aggressively against offensive teams, but should be able to threaten balance teams a lot. I hope the changes made the team a lot more successful, and good luck with future battles!
