Standard Lead and Physical Wall. Dragon Tail and Overheat are very good moves that can catch some pokemon off guard.

Standard Defogger, DDance Sweeper and a really good check to many meta pokemon such as Marshadow and Groudon.

Tank and check to pokemon such as Xerneas and Arceus-Water.

I got to a pretty good ladder score with this team but any suggestions would be appreciated.

On Groudon, I would suggest replacing dragon tail and overheat with roar to ignore stuff like protect, substitute, and fairy type and lava plume for the better burn chance and lack of special attack reduction. Replace Salamence's return with double-edge for more damage. If you don't like recoil, then replace it with frustration so a max friendship Ditto can less easily exploit the Salamence. Unless Marshadow needs the choice band to defeat a specific and common threat, replace the choice band with life orb so it doesn't choice lock it.
