Before stating my team, the main Pokemon of the team are Ho-Oh and Mega-Swampert. Now, you might wonder why I'm using Mega-Swampert when I could be using the Primals. Well, it 2HKO's both of the primals, and you're gonna have to guess the last two moves to safely deal with it. I wanted Mega-Swampert to do the job because Primal-Kyogre is a big threat to Ho-Oh, even if it has Earthquake and massive special defense. A bit of a safe side team?

Ho-oh
Ho-Oh @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 128 HP / 252 Atk / 128 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Sacred Fire
- Earthquake
- Roost
Rocky Helmet helps it deal with physical attacks that would be pretty unpredictable. It can easily heal off damage with Regenerator and Roost, so it's not that big of a problem. The moves are there for offense. If you're stuck against a Pokemon like Magearna or Stakataka, Earthquake's the answer. Might replace Rocky Helmet with Life Orb, so please tell me which item is the better choice.

Mew
Mew @ Focus Sash
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Defog
- Will-O-Wisp
- Explosion
- Roost
Support Mew. Defog for Stealth Rocks which Ho-Oh is really weak against (along with Kyurem-White, but it's not 4x). Will-O-Wisp to help with Ho-Oh's average defenses. Explosion just to get rid of Pokemon the team can't really deal with properly. Not sure if I should have Roost and Focus Sash on it, though. Ho-Oh and several other Pokemon also cover the type weaknesses it has.

Swampert
Swampert-Mega @ Swampertite
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Waterfall
- Substitute
- Yawn
Destroyer of the Primals, if you can legit use it. If you can get around the Primals properly, you can take them out without any damage done to Swampert. Substitute is there to avoid status conditions, and Yawn goes well with Substitute. It'll allow Swampert to eliminate threats it would've had trouble to do so before. You can also use it to get rid of Naganadel, a new and popular feature to Uber.

Arceus
Arceus-Dark @ Dread Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
Modest Nature
- Judgment
- Extreme Speed
- Flash Cannon
- Shadow Force
Since the dark weaknesses are covered by the rest of the team, Arceus-Dark can be used to eliminate Lunala and Solgaleo. I would've loved to use Hoopa-Unbound instead because it does a better job at that, but I don't think having two psychic types on the team is the best idea. Since Arceus-Dark threatens ghost types, the ghost type will be switched out, or the Pokemon will eliminate it so it can safely use Extreme Speed. Flash Cannon is for fairies just in case, Judgment is good STAB, and Shadow Force is there so it can slowly chip away health while not taking any damage. For example, if it was facing an Arceus-Water and both of them would be at low health, Arceus-Dark would be able to use Shadow Force and avoid its powerful water attacks, thus slowly making it faint without taking any damage. A bit of a safe side play.

Magearna
Magearna @ Leftovers
Ability: Soul-Heart
EVs: 128 HP / 252 SpA / 128 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fleur Cannon
- Flash Cannon
- Volt Switch
- Heart Swap
Magearna has one mission: destroy all fighting types and destroy Xerneas (specifically Geomancy Xerneas). Fleur Cannon takes care of fighting, dark and dragon types, Flash Cannon destroys Xerneas (especially if the Geomancy boost was stolen), Heart Swap for either trading the lowered Special Attack from Fleur Cannon or for stealing stat boosts (from Xerneas, usually) and Volt Switch is there so it can safely switch out. Since Primal-Groudon is a big threat to it, Mega-Swampert can eliminate it, which is a member of the team.

Kyurem
Kyurem-White @ Life Orb
Ability: Turboblaze
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Ice Burn
- Roost
- Flash Cannon
What's a team without a dragon type? Kyurem-White does have its weaknesses covered by the other teams, and it can deal quite a lot of damage, since there are a good amount of ice-weak Pokemon in this tier. Roost is for reliable recovery, Flash Cannon is for rock and fairies, Ice Burn is for STAB, same goes for Draco Meteor. Life Orb is there to increase the damage this thing is already dishing out. However, I'm not sure of this set. Should Ice Burn be removed because it takes a turn to charge? Should Life Orb be replaced with Power Herb?

Thanks for reading this. I'd appreciate it if you'd give criticism on this Uber team and answer the questions I've listed above for some of the Pokemon.
Edit: I'm thinking of replacing Mew with Lugia, since it has much more bulk, and it also has Multiscale. Should I do it?

Replace Mew with Sableye for better typing and so you can bounce hazards instead of having to remove them. Why would you need a primal Groudon check when you can just use primal Groudon itself? It has much, much better stats than Swampert, and you can use it along with a mega evolving teammate. Give Ho-Oh a leftovers to heal even more easily (rocky helmet won't always be useful because many physical attacks don't make contact) and 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe adamant to outspeed more stuff. Replace roost with recover to not lose its ground immunity or fighting resistance. Give Arceus 4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe timid to outspeed more stuff. Replace its extreme speed, flash cannon, and shadow force with recover for safe side play that actually works, defog to remove stealth rock, and toxic to cripple defensive Pokemon. You do realize that, when you use shadow force, your opponent can still hit you immediately after you hit them, right? Also, the opponent can use their free turn for moves like recover. Give Magearna 252 HP/4 Def/252 SpD calm to take minimal damage from Xerneas's special attacks. Give Kyurem a choice specs for more power and 4 Def/252 SpA/252 Spe timid to outspeed more stuff. Replace ice burn, roost, and flash cannon with ice beam to take less turns, fusion flare to cover steel and ice, and earth power to cover fire, rock, and steel.
Thank you for the criticism! I'll be sure to change my team in the future based on the suggestions you gave me :)
You're welcome, I guess.

All right, your team looks good! I’d recommend getting rid of freeze burn. With access to ice beam, why use the two turn move? Power herb is useful....until it gets used up and you have no item. Also, thanks for using swampert, one of my favorite Pokémon. Hope I helped :)
