Definitely replace mega salamence with mega lucario or mega metagross. I personally recommend also going easy on the legendaries. Power isn't always better.

Your team is incredibly weak to fairy types. Even if you have an Arceus Steel, your other team members are very vulnerable to them. A lot of Pokemon tend to have Xerneas and then a poison/steel type counter (mainly Primal Groudon), and with that core alone, you're gonna struggle a lot with them. You also shouldn't have two flying types and two dragon types on your team, you need type balance. Your only hope for getting rid of Primal Groudon is Yveltal, and a good amount of Primal Groudons have a rock move or the opponent might have coverage on another Pokemon. Not to mention your team is also very weak to stealth rock, and you don't have defog or rapid spin for it (defog is preferred since Mega Gengar blocks rapid spin).

Great idea Maybe Mega Metagross/Mega Lucario over Mega Salamence to Hit the common Xerneas and  arceus fairy

Don't use mega Metagross. It's slower than mega Lucario and psychic type is worse than fighting type.
