Give Weavile a choice band to hit stuff harder. Replace its poison jab and low kick with ice shard to hit faster opponents and pursuit to more reliably hit dark-weak Pokemon. Give Keldeo 4 HP/252 SpA/252 SpD timid to raise physical defense slightly. Replace its stone edge with icy wind to cover grass and dragon and lower opponents' speeds.

First of all, hasty nature on Keldeo makes him relatively frail, so I recommend Surf over Scald. Also, because Keldeo is mixed, and also has a mediocre Def and SpD stat of 90, your better of running 4 Atk, not 4 SpD. Also, I noticed that you have no z move users on your team. I suggest Genesis Supernova on Mew because you already have a fast hazard removal Pokémon in Excadrill.

Also, because you already have Tapu Koko on your team, maybe get rid of someone (I would remove Weavile) for Electric Seed Unburden Hawlucha. I also recommend Iron Head over Toxic on Excadrill because Iron Head is STAB and has a chance to flinch, and because toxic doesn’t add much to him, and because if EQ is your only attacking move and your opponent is flying, you can’t do much. Of course, you have Rapid Spin, but at a pitiful 20 BP it isn’t going to do you much good offensively.

I don't think offensive Mew is a good idea. Other Pokemon, like unbound Hoopa, do this job better.
Yeah, but a special sweeper move can take advantage of his missing Z-Move
