I would go with AV on Duskinoir with 177 HP/32 Def/42 SpD/252 Atk on him. I would also swap out X-Scissor with Focus Energy on Drapion, because it seems pretty clear to me you want a crit + sniper Drapion, so Focus Energy would be a lot better. Bullet Punch over Iron Head on Scissor-Mega because after the Technician boost, Scissor's Bullet Punch has 60 BP not including STAB, which isn't that much less than Iron Head's 80 BP. Also, with an uninvested 75 base speed, he's not going to outspeed anything anyways. Also your Excadrill's EVs are really weird 0-o. Try going for 252 Atk/252 Spe/4 Def. Also SD on Golisopod??? Did you read his ability??? Leech Life > SD. In all, I know I'm not supposed to actually rate your team, but I would rate it 2 out of 10. Honestly, I would just borrow a sample team or something, because your current setup has no synergy whatsoever.
