Greninja you can get away with and mixed set[ both physical and special attacks]. because protein makes it so versatile so I would run a Greninja like this.

Combine the last Ev points
Between attack and speed. and give it mild to boost your special attack which is your main attack. and Greninja doesn't live much anyways so it can bear losing defense. and give it scald
To try to get a burn.
pheromosa on the other hand is not a great mixed attacker. so if you want special do this

put max ev points in special attack even though pheromosas defense has no chance there's really no need for speed. because at plus one it pretty much out speeds everything. correct me if I'm wrong but I've always thought physical pheromosa is better.
there's a couple thangs you can do but I've always found this one to be best.

probably everything about this looks standard except for outrage. it's only really there for a Salamence and Dragonite. the only other physical move that I find pretty good is drill run. but it's stab pretty much makes up for what drill run hit super effective. other than poison but poison jab for fairy. high jump kick and lunge for stab.
