AEGISLASH - Your Aegislash is mostly fine. Not that it matters, but you don’t need to put 0 Special Attack IVs in physical attackers. The reason why people put 0 Attack IVs in special attackers is to minimize confusion damage, there’s no reason why you should do the opposite for physical attackers. Also for the Swords Dance set you’re using, you might want to consider replacing its item with a Weakness Policy. It really helps against Earthquake spammers, especially because Earthquake isn’t a contact move, so King’s Shield doesn’t lower the Earthquake user’s attack harshly.

XERNEAS - If you want to use a mixed attacker Xerneas, you should use a Z-Geomancy set. The reason why it isn’t good on a Power Herb + Geomancy set is because Geomancy only raises Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed, NOT Attack. Using physical moves is a waste of a moveslot when you could just use a more powerful special attacking move. If you really want to stop special walls, then replace Horn Leech, which doesn’t even offer that much coverage and doesn’t have much niche in its small amount of recovery, with Psyshock for the same affect but with higher power. Next, get rid of Close Combat with Hidden Power [Fire] because HP Fire also prevents Xerneas from being walled by Steel Types too, but does more damage because of Geomancy. Now that your Xerneas is a pure special sweeper, you should change his EV layout to fit the role. The best layout would be: 252 SpA/184 Def/72 Spe with a Modest Nature. Xerneas will be raising its speed stat sharply with Geomancy, so a Timid Nature or more speed investment is not necessary. Xerneas, however, cannot raise its defense, so investing at least 100 EVs in that stat is vital to Xerneas getting a Geomancy off. Be wary of Solgaleo, because it can easily outspeed and OHKO Xerneas with a Solgalium-Z boosted Sunsteel Strike, and is the most common threat to Xerneas in the Ubers metagame as of writing this.

DARKRAI - Having your whole set rely on a 60% accurate move isn’t the greatest idea, and is really only viable on troll teams. I noticed you’re missing a Z-User, so I incorporate that into your Darkai’s set instead of a Life Orb, which is the most common item on a Darkrai:

Darkrai @ Darkinium Z
Ability: Bad Dreams
Timid Nature
EVs: 252 Spe/252 SpA/4 SpD
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Dark Pulse
- Focus Blast
- Sludge Bomb

DEOXYS-ATTACK - Your set is mostly fine. My main problem with it though, is how it relies on the White Herb when you can just switch. Besides, Deoxys is so fragile that it can only survive a few turns anyways. Instead, use a Life Orb to net yourself more OHKOs while Deoxys is still alive. Zap Cannon only has 50% accuracy, and the LAST thing you want to do is waste a turn on a Pokémon that has 50/20/20 defenses. Instead, use Ice Beam, which covers for similar types that Zap Cannon covers, just without the risk of missing half the time. Replace Psychic with Extreme Speed for when your opponent has priority. Psychic isn’t necessary because you already have Psycho Boost.

KYUREM-WHITE - Bright Powder is just a terrible item on any Pokémon, period. Please stop relying on items or moves that have a very, very low chance of activating. Instead, use a Life Orb for more damage. Your set isn’t utilizing Kyurem’s excellent speed stat. Fix this by changing his EV layout to 252 Spe/252 SpA/4 SpD with a Timid Nature. Get rid of Dragon Pulse for Draco Meteor for much, much higher damage if you include STAB. The special attack drop is a small price to pay considering how many Draco Meteor exclusive OHKOs you’ll get. Toxic isn’t good on special sweepers, use Fusion Flare instead for STAB.

ZYGARDE-C - Zygarde Complete is best used as a tank, not a bulky attacker. Try to use this smogon set to utilize its defenses better:

Zygarde-C @ Leftovers
Ability: Power Construct
Impish Nature
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SpD
- Thousand Arrows
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Toxic

Darkinium Z isn't the most common item used on Darkrai, and probably isn't the best item, either. I think Z-hypnosis Darkrai is better, and Z-hypnosis is just your exact set but with Psychicium Z and hypnosis instead of Darkinium Z and focus blast.
Darkinium Z allows Darkrai to kill Primal Kyogre, Ho-Oh, and certain Lugia sets. I stand by everything I said in my team rate.
Z-hypnosis allows Darkrai to outspeed everything that's unboosted and almost everything that is boosted.
So? Also I hate relying on low accuracy moves, especially Hypnosis. It requires no skill, it’s basically just a go-to strategy for noobs. It’s like suggesting a Minimize Cosmic Power Clefable. I mean it’ll WORK, but it’s pretty pathetic and also a regular set would be better 60% of the time. (About.)
Z-hypnosis raises the Pokemon's speed 100% of the time.
I don’t understand what your point is. Either way there’s a 40% chance Darkrai will be left vulnerable. That’s higher than the chance of your opponent getting a burn with Scald.
I think the chance that Darkrai is left vulnerable is also around 40% if you just spam attacks.
The smogon suggested items are Life Orb and Darkinium Z. Not Psychium Z.
You said Darkinium Z was the MOST COMMON, which isn't true according to https://www.smogon.com/stats/2018-05/moveset/gen7ubers-1760.txt
smogon suggestions are just that - suggestions. The movesets they use a good movesets. Not the best, not ones that will work on every team and in every situation, just good common ones.
