Don't use Icy Wind on Keldeo. It does less damage to Landorus and Gliscor than Scald, and is therefore useless. :P

I don't think Black Sludge is good on Gengar because Gengar will likey not survive a hit ot 2 anyways. Also, why use Gengar when Magic Guard Life Orb Alakazam is better? :P

Also, the only reason I plonked Icy Wind on Keld is a) because it's scarf and I can't have status, b) Keldeo has like NO OTHER DECENT SPECIAL MOVES, and c) The main purpose of icy wind is to lower the speed of foes like Torn-T or Mega-Alakazam so Gengar can come in and revenge kill

As Stakatacool mentioned, Icy Wind is pretty garbage and Black Sludge doesn't really work since Gengar's so frail.

I'm a bit iffy on Modest vs Timid on Tapu Koko, but that's just my personal preference. The rest of the team is pretty good, but perhaps Gengar could be swapped for the myriad of better special attackers in OU.

Alakazam is rarely used in the OU meta unless it is mega and it's checked by a common enemy, Greninja.
Keldeo's movepool is horrible, so I could see why you chose those moves ........
but why don't you go hydro pump fro the damage?

I still think Icy Wind is less useful on Keldeo because it has very situational merit and always does less damage than Hydro Pump unless against a Pokémon with Water Absorb. Having Hydro Pump and Scald on Keldeo is useful since you can choose between safe damage and clutch KOs, although, Surf may also suffice and guarantee a few more KOs than Scald. :P

Gengar is even rarer than Alakazam in OU. :P
