What EVs?

Aerodactyl is completely worthless as a PP staller due to its garbage bulk. Because this is Gen 5, so many common attackers can outspeed and destroy Aerodactyl. Ancient Power is worthless due to Aero's awful Special Attack and the limited PP on Ancient Power itself. It can't work as a dedicated lead due to team preview completely gutting that option. Instead, Aerodactyl works as a fast attacker with Stealth Rock.
Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge/Rock Slide
- Earthquake/Aqua Tail
- Taunt

I see Ninetales on your team and immediately realize this can work as a sun team. Meganium, on the other hand, will not. This could very well be the first time Meganium has ever been mentioned in correlation for use in OU. Why? Venusaur is monstrously fast under the sun and can check numerous threats, while Meganium offers nothing interesting or unique in comparison.
Venusaur @ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd or 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature or Modest Nature
- Seed Bomb or Solarbeam
- Earthquake or Hidden Power Fire / Sludge Bomb
- Growth
- Sleep Powder

Audino is unfortunately an inferior wall and cleric to Chansey. You could use Blissey if this were a sand team, but Audino is just woefully bad at a task Chansey does much better. Drain Punch and Return are interesting options but mostly gimmicks.
Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Seismic Toss
- Heal Bell
- Wish/Softboiled
- Toxic/Thunder Wave

Flygon is a Pokemon that can work well but can't keep up anymore. It mostly finds itself outmatched by Garchomp, but it's not impossible to use.
Flygon @ Choice Band
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Outrage / Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch
- U-turn

Jolly Band is enough to outpace quite a few Pokemon in the metagame, while giving it sorely needed power. With Scarf, its power just isn't enough. Fire Punch is run over Stone Edge due to the sun boosting it.

Crustle is... an addition that does little for the team on its own. You already have rocks available on Aerodactyl and there are much better choices for your team. If this were sand, it'd be a different story.
Your team looks like it could use Rapid Spin support. How about Starmie? It's a great offensive spinner that can keep hazards out of your way along with maintaining a huge offensive presence.
Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rapid Spin
- Psyshock
- Hydro Pump / Surf
- Ice Beam / Thunderbolt

Of course, the cornerstone of any sun team is Ninetales itself. I decided since Lead Aero is dead, why not make Ninetales the sun setter itself?
Ninetales @ Leftovers
Ability: Drought
EVs: 88 HP / 252 SpA / 168 Spe
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- SolarBeam
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Sunny Day

The way it works is that Ninetales starts the match immediately with sun. Because it's so fast, its sun will get out prioritized by Politoed and Tyranitar, the former doesn't care about Fire Blast and the latter uses the Special Defense boost in the sand to wall it. Then, Ninetales uses Sunny Day to get the sun back for a few turns before promptly smacking the two with a Solarbeam. Ninetales doesn't need max speed to achieve this, the rest goes to HP.

So, yeah, hope I helped!

Drought and chlorophyll can't be on the same team.
Ouch, I forgot Chlorophyll and Drought got banned. Apologies! I'll edit this later.

Aerodactly @ leftovers
ability: Pressure
nature: impish
evs: 252 hp, 126 def and spd, 2 spe
moves
taunt
protect
subsitute
anciet power

The 2 Spe does nothing... the 126 Def and Spd do the same thing as 124 Def and SpD... :P

A revised spread would be 252 HP, 124 Def, 124 SpD, 4 Spe. :P
First, you know EVs round down the a multiple of 4, right? Why would you use 252 HP/126 Def/126 SpD/2 Spe when 252 HP/132 Def/124 SpD gives you the exact same stats but 2 more physical defense? And why would you use ancient power when rock slide is stronger?
I don't think any pressure stalls are viable in BW OU. A lot of Pokemon can easily outspeed and one-shot this set.

252 Atk Tyranitar Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 124+ Def Aerodactyl: 366-432 (100.5 - 118.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Latios Surf vs. 252 HP / 124 SpD Aerodactyl: 338-398 (92.8 - 109.3%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Expert Belt Keldeo Hydro Pump vs. 252 HP / 124 SpD Aerodactyl: 506-600 (139 - 164.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
