Hi Xerneas (Zygarde) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Aura Break

Adamant Nature

- Iron Tail
- Extreme Speed
Mainly a Xerneas (or also Yveltal) lure. With Aura Break and AV, those Moonblasts won’t be doing as much, while Zygarde can hit them back with an Iron Tail.
(I’m open to suggestions for this set, since I don’t think it’s too good.)

Yes, a mixed Xerneas set, because I refuse to use power herb Geomancy. It also has some decent physical moves and the same base 131 Attack and Special Attack, so why not utilize it?

Sky Noodle (Rayquaza) @ Flyinium Z
Ability: Air Lock
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Ascent
- Earthquake
- Waterfall
Run-of-the-mill Rayquaza set, but I added Waterfall specifically for P-Groudon. (On most P-Don sets, it’s a guaranteed OHKO at +1 Atk, and at least a 50% chance to OHKO at +0 Atk.)

I don't see a dedicated Lead being good in Ubers; especailly when that lead is Excadrill. Arceus can do nearly everything Excadrill can do and is reusable, as Arceus is far Bulkier and can carry Defog, Stealth Rock, Recover, and a Damaging Move. :P

I don't see Zygarde being a good Xerneas Lure:

252+ Atk Zygarde Iron Tail vs. 0 HP / 168 Def Xerneas: 176-208 (44.7 - 52.9%) -- 22.3% chance to 2HKO

You only kill Xerneas if you succeed a 22.3% chance and two 75% chances that Iron Tail Doesn't miss. A good lure shouldn't have to rely on god-awful RNG prayers. :P
If you want ti counter Xerneas, use a Specailly Defensive Haze Toxapex as a defensive option or Swords Dance/Rock Polish/Both Dusk Mane Necrozma. :P

While I'm not one to say Physical Xerneas is bad, the other Physical attackers in Ubers are far better than Xerneas, and Geomancy is one of the few Reasons Xerneas is used at all as a Viable Specail attacker, so you'd be better off not using Xerneas than using physical Xerneas. :P

I think the problem with having Waterfall is that While it does Kill Pdon faster, that is all it does, and Earthquake already Kills Pdon; conversely, you kill every dragon type Slower and with Dragon Ascent, which, even with a Z-Nuke, may leave you open to All of the priority attackers in the tier after lowering your Defense once:
