Which format is this in (i.e. DOU, DUU, etc.)?
Looks like dou, cause friend gaurd is useless otherwise
It's DOU
Okay, is there any sort of strategy with this team? Which Pokemon are working together at the same time? For example, when I see Weakness Policy in Doubles, I would expect there to be another Pokemon on your team to trigger it.
I didnt have activating my own weakness policy in mind while making this team.

What usually happens is that it gets hit with a super effective move and survives on half health giving it weakness policy and Beserk boost, then my other pokemon like crobat and clefairy come and help (when there's a chance) with tailwind and helping hand. If I'm safe and it seems like nothing is going to activate my weakness policy then I just use nasty plot.

This strategy seems inconsistent but it works a lot of the time.
Okay, but I would recommend using something that actually triggers it, since yes, it is pretty inconsistent.

Also, you might want to consider putting Protects on Metagross, as Protect is really good in Doubles.
Would having volt-switch on my rotom be good enough to activate it, it would mean getting rid of thunderbolt though.

I do want to have protect on my metagross but it would mean giving up on stab moves of useful coverage.
If Discharge doesn't kill it, run Discharge maybe since it hits everyone. But then you have to worry about paralyzing yourself.
