Alright, I have a few comments on this team:

Rayquaza

Never seen a Swords Dance + Scale Shot Rayquaza before, but it seems like a cool new set. Personally I think Dragon Dance + Extreme Speed is better but that's just my opinion; it's up to you.

Necrozma

Looking at the EVs for the rest of your team (252+ Speed for everything), I wouldn't recommend making this a Trick Room Necrozma set. I would change the Nature to Adamant and get Dragon Dance instead of Trick Room. Otherwise this is fine.

Zacian

This is fine.

Yveltal

I don't think Yveltal needs the extra Speed of a Timid Nature, as Max Airstream already boosts your Speed. I recommend changing the nature to Modest instead. I'm not sure what HP Ice is for, I would put Focus Blast instead to counter Tyranitar. Otherwise this is a good set.

Lugia

I feel that Whirlwind is more reliable than Dragon Tail since it has more Accuracy and is able to work on Fairy-types like Geomancy Xerneas. I would put a defensive EV spread, something like 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD and a Bold / Impish Nature, depending on if you decide to keep Dragon Tail. Your team does need a decent Defogger, so consider replacing Dragon Tail or Thunder Wave with Defog and change Leftovers to Heavy Duty Boots, as Lugia is threatened greatly by Stealth Rock.

Calyrex

This is fine, I'd run Modest over Timid so that it has more power, since its Speed is already really high. Modest Calyrex-Shadow already outspeeds Marshadow, Arceus, Rayquaza, and Jolly Ultra Necrozma.

Necrozma Dusk Mane is too slow, 77 only. It needs to be at +2 to outsped  Zacian and Calyrex, and I don't think its that easy when Calyrex is prominent. Never saw anyone running Modest on Calyrex, you're outsped by Jolly Zacian and Timid Calyrex. Same thing I feel on Yveltal. That 10% increase is important for outspeding Xerneas which run Modest and 252 Spe.
Alright, but then, Trick Room hinders the rest of Dell's team. So Autotomize?
Are Rayquazas still popular? And HP [Ice] is to counter other Yveltals. I didn't know that Tyranitars are getting more popular
It may not be that popular, but Calyrex, Yveltal, and Lugia all have a hard time with it. Lugia's Multiscale dies either way if they have Rocks up: if running Boots it's damaged by Sandstorm and if running Leftovers Rocks are a problem.
Seriously you mean Rayquaza isn't popular? It's still the Top 3 used Pokemon and all ready for it and why No Defogger and no Heavy Duty Boots on Lugia?
I meant Tyranitar.
