Two calm minds on Arceus?
Why are there two Calm Minds on Arceus?  Why is it even a Special Arceus-Normal? Why HP [Fire], Toxic, and Substitute on Mimikyu?  It's supposed to be an Physical Attacker, not a mixed staller. I've never seen all-out offensive Sableye before. Those Aegislash EVs are strange, and why is it a mixed Attacker? Calm Mind and Heart Swap on Magearna? What's the point? And why Merciless Toxapex, especially with stalling moves? This team really needs some work.
I don't think Arceus needs two Calm Minds, one should do it. You're probably trying to cover Steel types with HP Fire on Mimikyu, but its Special Attack is garbage. Use Drain Punch. Sableye is a staller, not an attacker. The only attacking move you should have is Foul Play, really. Toxapex is a Poison type, which means Black Sludge is automatically better than Leftovers. Regenerator is far and away better than Merciless. Toxic Spikes and Toxic together are redundant.

You should always have a counter for Xerneas (ugh that stupid thing). The best counter I see for it is Magearna, which has great overall bulk, but due to it being a special attacker, it won’t be able to do much against Xerneas, especially after a Geomancy boost. I recommend using Bronzong, because it’s a physical attacker, it can make great use of Gyro Ball, and its defenses are higher by ONE point. Here’s a set I recommended that I specifically use for countering Xerneas:

Bronzong @Iron Ball
Ability: Heatproof
Brave Nature
EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 SpD
IVs: 0 Spe
-Gyro Ball
-Zen Headbutt
-Earthquake
-Explosion/ Stealth Rock/ Payback

Bronzong........... Why not Dusk Mane? And doesn't Magearna get Heart Swap?
