Please have the actual team in the post and not just a link.
Muscle Band isn't good.
Just a few things:
Rock Tomb = bad. I understand wanting the speed drop, but it usually won't matter since things like Torkoal are slower than Dusclops anyway so the speed drop won't matter, plus it can miss. Brick Break is better, but usually Pain Split is the best, since Glastrier is already so strong with a life orb that you're wasting a turn using dusclops to activate its policy.

No bulk screens eleki isn't good either, check out Wolfe Glick's Player's Cup II team report (the whole team looks very similar to it) to see his spread, you can survive a lot more attacks if you invest right.

Similarly, Assault vest Kartana with no bulk isn't very good. Check out Wolfey's video for a good spread, or look at Pikalytics.

Body Press = bad. You have so many ways to boost your attack with Glastrier, but not your defense. Use close combat.

Finally, offensive Incin is... questionable. Generally you'll want things like parting shot, taunt, or snarl, and either way Flare Blitz is better than Fire Punch. Sitrus Berry is much better than Muscle band, and you'll usually want more bulk.
(If you REALLY want offensive Incineroar, give it the weakness policy (and 0 speed) and give Clops bulldoze. You can Fake Out turn one to help get Trick Room up, then sweep, which will surprise your opponent big-time. You'll want thunder punch for water-types in this case).

i don't like defense drops from close combat but i'll try close combat and see if i like it i'll try the other suggestions but if i don't like close combat i'll try body press+iron defense
This is my team after your changes:https://pokepast.es/cd7f86e67f9b926e
Close Combat is seriously much better, and iron defense is VERY situational. You'll almost always want to be attacking with it instead of setting up. If you really don't like the drops, try white herb instead, someone got 5th in the world with White Herb Glastrier in the Player's Cup II. it protects from intimidate as well as close combat drops.
