I would suggest Ice Beam over Aeroblast on Lugia, as it hits things like Zygarde, Arceus-Ground, and Salamence with super-effective damage. Aeroblast would really only hit Marshadow, and has low PP.
Groudon doesn't need both Rock Tomb and Rock Polish, just Rock Tomb is fine and Rock Polish can be replaced with Fire Punch. Lugia should NEVER run Pressure. Multiscale is much, much better. Plus, it should be a bulky set with Toxic somewhere and not max Speed. Yveltal doesn't need Heat Wave in Gen 7, maybe try Sucker Punch instead. Choice Band Arceus is an interesting Choice, I would recommend Swords Dance + Extreme Speed + Earthquake + Shadow Claw, with Leftovers, Chople Berry, or Normalium Z. Metagross-Mega is severely outclassed by Necrozma-DM, consider replacing it.
I used M-Metagross because of Tough Claws (though only two of them are boosted)
btw, do you mind telling me why are you not running 88 speed evs on xern?
Can anyone explain me how did Calyrex-Shadow come to Gen 7?
If you're going to make Dusk Mane have Trick Room, you may as well make the entire team a Trick Room team; half the team is fairly fast or has a boosting move that makes it become fast.

Edit: I realize the improved team was suggested by an answer. In any case, you should consider replacing Trick Room with Autotomize.
I'd rather ask you to answer this, but no probs.

This is the improved team after looking at the answer (not the exact one)

Groudon-Primal @ Red Orb

EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature

Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

- Toxic

Xerneas @ Power Herb
Ability: Fairy Aura
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature

- Geomancy
- Moonblast
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Psyshock

Arceus @ Leftovers

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Weakness Policy

Brave Nature
- Sunsteel Strike
- Photon Geyser
- Autotomize
- Earthquake

I saw in some answers that Yveltal doesn't do very good in Gen-7 Ubers, so Shall I use Marshadow?

Marshadow @ Focus Sash
Ability: Technician

Jolly Nature
- Spectral Thief
- Shadow Sneak
- Close Combat
- Ice Punch

(OR)

Hasty Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Oblivion Wing
- Dark Pulse
- U-turn

I like to go through mons one by one so let's do that
Groudon-Primal: why bring Rock tomb over a fire move which becomes stab (same type attack bonus) when it goes primal. I would suggest fire punch since Groudon didn't get another physical fire move until heat crash in gen 8
Lugia: nice set but like Kyogre pulse said ice beam>aeroblast.
Yveltal: this is the second Yveltal I've seen with leftovers which is not bad on it but if not heavy-duty boots then life orb for more damage which oblivion wing heals damage from life orb.
Xerneas: This is fine.
Arceus: I think Shadow Claw> Aqua Tail for ghost types.
Metagross-Mega: I would suggest Bullet Punch for priority instead of Ice Punch.

Overall its team is good but make those changes for it to be better.

Shall I consider replacing HP Ground over Focus Blast?

Aw that was why the opponents were OHKOing Lugia with ease!

Lugia is a total taunt bait :(
If Necrozma faints early, then Trick Room may hinder other 'mons of my team.
Can I run Naive instead of Hasty on Yveltal?
Or shall I consider replacing Yveltal?
