Why does komo-o have drain punch and brick break? Have close combat instead and last move can be something like  thunder punch
Skarmory usually carry Rocky Helmet to punish those who attack it while setting up. I would also use Roost instead of Toxic. Kommo-o already resists Stealth Rock, Boots are not needed. It also doesn't need Drain Punch and Brick Break, like hoennseptile said. Alakazam is better known for its Magic Guard + Life Orb set, consider changing it to that. I would say Bounce is a better move choice than Ice Fang on Gyarados, since it gets Flying STAB. I don't really understand Toxic on Incineroar when it's mainly used as an attacker, not a staller. For Lycanroc-Dusk, Close Combat seems to be a lot better than Iron Head, since it has higher power.
This is optional, but I think intimidate has a lot of counters nowadays, and people are using attackers with hyper cutter and mirror armor more and more, so I think that it would be a good bet to have blaze instead. Also why does Incinerour have toxic? It should have something like parting shot, flame charge, or swords dance instead, and it should have  speed IV of 244, instead of an hp IV of 244.
^in response to Jojo65, when you want to answer, a full rate is not a necessary requirement but you need to elaborate on your suggestions.
Your opinion is misinformed by the way - who are the Hyper Cutter and Mirror Armor users in Gen 8 UU? Absolutely no relevant Pokemon. Crawdaunt uses Adaptability for the STAB boost, and in the off chance you're facing a Kingler, Mawile or Pinsir, they're probably using Sheer Force or Moxie instead. Mirror Armor is the proper of Corviknight, an OU Pokemon. Intimidate, in fact, is the selling point of using Incineroar - his place in the metagame is that of a bulky pivot, which is also why you certainly don't want to invest Speed more than HP.
You should also know that Toxic is no longer a TM in Gen 8 so it is impossible to acquire in Gen 8 UU on Incineroar without hacking or using glitches - Toxic makes sense in a NatDex format, but the question has specified this is Gen 8 UU.
