If you have any question feel free to leave them down in the comment.

I think this team is solid. 2 things I would recommend are 1) focus sash amoonguss, since it allows you to survive more things in more matchups, letting you get more spores off, and 2) checking out David Koutesh's 'Dialga Goodstuffs' guide. You don't really need the 'common sets' part, but the matchups guide is really helpful. It talks about both Lap Dog and Sun, which xx_Mythical mentioned are problematic.

The guide:

i did have focus sash amoongus ! maybe i forgot to change it haha
i will check the video you mention later
thanks for the advice!!
Idk about telepathy dialga. The only move you need to worry about is lando eq which could help proc wp in some cases.

Overall, the team is really good. I won't go and question the spreads too much because I'm sure they do their job well.

It covers a majority of the current metagame (Sun, it can deal with Thundurus + Zacian, Kyogre, it can go with a safe mode with fake tears + Dialga, intimidate cycling, safe mode with Amoonguss) but there are probably a few things you might want to consider:

1) It's really hard for you to stop Lapras + Zacian.
It's hard to stop Lapras + Zacian in general. You do have fake tears + max Lightning from Rotom:

116+ SpA Rotom-Wash Max Lightning vs. -2 204 HP / 4 SpD Dynamax Lapras: 390-458 (84.4 - 99.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

But 72% Lapras users use Lapras with Incineroar and 50% also use Amoonguss (don't ask me how it adds up to over 100% lol). You might want to consider bumping up Rotom's special attack stat (but even 252 sp.atk doesn't KO 100% of the time:

252+ SpA Rotom-Wash Max Lightning vs. -2 204 HP / 4 SpD Dynamax Lapras: 434-512 (93.9 - 110.8%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO)
use LO Rotom?)

Looking at your team, it's hard to stop aurora veil from being set up. Once it is set up, it becomes hard for you and they have an advantage after they somehow set up with Zacian which isn't too hard. You might want to reconsider Rotom-W and either somehow allow it to KO Lapras or change it. Otherwise, you still might be able to defeat Lapras teams but it would be a great hassle.

2) Coba berry Venusaur
This looks funny but in actuality, 44% Venusaurs use Coba berries. It also means that Venusaur can spore Landorus twice before Landorus can KO Venusaur:

180 Atk Landorus-Therian Max Airstream vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Coba Berry Venusaur-Gmax: 135-159 (86.5 - 101.9%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO

You also don't want to risk them being LO and just lead Incineroar + Landorus (fake out Venusaur t1, Airstream). If they are life orb:

252 SpA Life Orb Venusaur-Gmax G-Max Vine Lash vs. 4 HP / 76 SpD Dynamax Landorus-Therian: 142-169 (43 - 51.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Vine Lash damage

I think you called your 76 sp.def spread to live this Vinelash. However, Vine lash damage will KO you regardless.

If you lead Incineroar + Landorus and decide to Flare Blitz + Airstream Venusaur, there's a high chance the opponent will lead Incineroar + Venusaur and you're forced to guess whether or not they switch into Groudon in the back. They might fake out Incineroar turn 1 and Vinelash then switch into Groudon and KO Landorus next turn and it essentially becomes a Venusaur for Landorus trade but you also have Vinelash on your side which isn't ideal. Low ladder people don't play like this but better opponents will most likely lead with Incineroar when they see that your Landorus is the only thing for their Venusaur.

Thundurus + Sun is also very difficult for you to deal with. LO Landorus + Regieleki?

They are your main threats, as well as the potential for Urshifu to deal a dent into this team because it outspeed almost everything late game and Banded Wicked Blow will hurt a lot.

Otherwise, it seems very well built!

https://pokepast.es/53955333329a691d here's the update
i did played against zacian+lapras before, i mostly lead dialga and grimsnarl and click reflect first then smack the zacian with max steelspike. I can survive zacian and get my wp but if they decided to target the grimsnarl (which they would), the +1 def and reflect will save me
+1 92 Atk Zacian-Crowned Behemoth Blade vs. +1 252 HP / 196+ Def Grimmsnarl through Reflect: 94-112 (46.5 - 55.4%) -- 75% chance to 2HKO

252+ SpA Dialga Max Steelspike vs. 148 HP / 4 SpD Zacian-Crowned: 120-142 (64.5 - 76.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ SpA Dialga Max Quake vs. 148 HP / 4 SpD Zacian-Crowned: 160-190 (86 - 102.1%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO
(showing this as well lol)

i can stall their veil pretty easily since my dialga is **really thicc** and can smack incineroar well. For thundurus+sun dialga+grimsnarl just smack their ass.

252 Atk Thundurus Max Knuckle vs. 244 HP / 4 Def Dynamax Dialga through Reflect: 43-51 (10.4 - 12.3%) -- possible 9HKO

+2 252+ SpA Dialga Max Wyrmwind vs. 36 HP / 4 SpD Dynamax Thundurus: 372-438 (116.9 - 137.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Venusaur don't really run sleep powder anymore but i will keep an eye on that. I change incin item to safety goggles so i can deal with venusaur.  for groudon, do we really need to talk about it?

252+ Atk Groudon Max Quake vs. 244 HP / 4 Def Dynamax Dialga through Reflect: 124-147 (30 - 35.6%) -- 35.1% chance to 3HKO

+2 252+ SpA Dialga Max Wyrmwind vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Dynamax Groudon: 339-399 (81.8 - 96.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

-1 252+ Atk Groudon Max Quake vs. 244 HP / 4 Def Dynamax Dialga through Reflect: 84-99 (20.3 - 24%) -- guaranteed 5HKO

going back to the venusaur tropic, i would go for landorus+incin. If they decide to lead groudon+venusaur, i would fake out the groudon then smack the venusaur with airstream. After +1 i am faster than venusuar in sun and can smack it again with airstream. Anyways i am reviving the team and changing it and still in the thought process so i will update you again if there's any changes (also made you look :p)
"don't ask me how it adds up to over 100% lol"

It's like the pokemon in general. Across the studies for pikalitycs 70% of Lapras users had incin also on their team. The Lapras incin combo is only for one pokemon. For amoonguss there would be a 50% chance that somewhere in the team was an amoonguss.
