What do you guys think of my Gen 9 OU team?

Roaring Moon @ Booster Energy
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 220 Atk / 36 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Acrobatics

- Dragon Claw
- Knock Off
Basically Moon is my start-up no-switchout smacker. It boasts a Speed that can even outspeed Valiant, which is bolstered by Booster, and it also has that item-less Acrobatics, Knock Off, Dragon Claw, and EQ. Flying Tera is excellent as it helps smack people harder with Acrobatics and helps with defense sometimes. However, to get the Proto Speed, I had to sacrifice 32 Attack EVs, which just immediately went into Defense so it’s perfectly fine

Walking Wake @ Booster Energy
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 246 SpA / 10 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Steam
- Draco Meteor
- Flamethrower
- Dragon Pulse
Wake is my second smacker. It boasts yet another Proto Speed (smaller this time tho), along with the typical defensive Fairy Tera and a load of stronk Special moves that could be really good if used strategically. Also like Moon, I had to sacrifice 6 Sp. Atk EVs, which I just as easily put into Sp. Def

Raging Bolt @ Booster Energy
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 20 Atk
- Thunderclap
- Thunderbolt
- Calm Mind
- Dragon Pulse
Bolt is an excellent clapper; literally. Thunderclap is OP. It has a Proto Sp. Atk on it, and Dragon Pulse for STAB. Now, realizing that it’s Speed wasn’t awful but actually fine, I maxed out Speed. And this is super helpful, as it can actually outspeed quite a few Pokémon now and hit them with an even stronger Thunderbolt. Oh, yeah. Fairy Tera for defense

Kingambit @ Lum Berry
Ability: Supreme Overlord
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Kowtow Cleave
- Swords Dance
Gambit the late game sweeper. Yeah, it’s the same old Gambit. Fairy Tera for defense, Kowtow for STAB, Sucker Punch for priority, Iron Head for STAB, and Swords Dance for setup. Similarly to Bolt, it also has max Speed, which can catch the opponent off-guard and let it unsuspectingly smack Glowking and the like before it switches out, and it also helps with Iron Head cheese

Iron Treads @ Booster Energy
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 128 Def / 128 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Body Press
- Earth Power
Your typical Treads, with a twist. It’s a Special attacker, thus 128 Sp. Atk EVs, and a Body Presser, with 128 Defense EVs. The fact it’s a Special attacker actually helps balance out the team some, and of course it’s Proto Speed. What isn’t. RP to clear hazards and Stealth Rock to set up hazards. The Fighting Tera is to give Body Press a little more boost. Now, to be clear, the reason I chose BPress is because I saw it’s high Defense. Nothing more

Gouging Fire @ Booster Energy
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Flare Blitz
- Morning Sun
My friend’s Ground Tera Gouging Terror set, this Fire goes nuts. It has DDance for setup, Flare Blitz for stronk STAB, Morning Sun for healing, Proto Attack, and, the star of the show, Ground Tera EQ. Ground Tera is OP on Fire, helping with survival, and the ever useful EQ just gets buffed

Honestly you should just run a Sun Team and save yourself from spamming Booster Energies.
That’s what it was. It had Specs Venusaur, Torkoal, and Hisuian Lilligant over the latter half. However, I eventually found the merit of a cheat Proto Speed breaker squad of Moon and Wake, and I eventually realized Sun was unreliable, so I changed it. Plus, I don’t mind adding so many Boosters
The problem is if something forces you out, like Iron Boulder, your boost is gone and you’re not getting it back. Every single one of your Mons is a hit-or-miss that decent players can easily navigate around, since they can swap into a counter, while you lose your boost if you do. I may give this a rating soon.

After doing a battle against you, here are my suggestions. This is based on it being HO. This is going to drop the Booster Spam theme.

Roaring Moon:
Add Dragon Dance over Dragon Claw for Roaring Moon, then set the EVs for Proto-Attack. Roaring Moon doesn’t really need Dragon Claw. Also, Dragon Dance sets are the main reason Moon is considered problematic.

Walking Wake:
If your dead set on using this, then change it to Specs. The thing about Walking Wake though is it really thrives in Sun. It’s kinda hard to fit on a team elsewhere. I would suggest changing this to Ogerpon-W, due to her ability of being impossible to swap into and that Tera Water +1 SpDef Embody Aspect helps patch up the Fairy matchup.

Raging Bolt:

This is fine, although I suggest for you to go with this Smogon EV spread, since it allows Raging Bolt to survive a Headlong Rush from Great Tusk and outspeed Gliscor.

Kingambit:
This is fine.

Iron Treads:

This set isn’t bad, it’s just kinda weird for this team. So instead, I’m going to give you a couple of options to help facilitate your HO, a hazard lead or a screen setter.

For hazards:

Just a typical Glimmora suicide lead. Nothing to admire here. Glimmora really wrecks Weather Leads like Torkoal, Pelipper, and A-Ninetales, which is nice.

Screen setter:

Zamazenta @ Light Clay
Ability: Dauntless Shield
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Iron Head / Crunch

This is a little bit unorthodox. This is not the typical screen setter. such as Deoxys-S or Grimmsnarl. What I love about Zamazenta though as a screen setter is the immense offensive pressure it puts out and the bulk it has. Unlike Deoxy-S it usually has multiple opportunities to set screens and unlike Grimmsnarl it can force swaps while doing so. Zamazenta also has an unreal speed tier, easily outspeeding most of the tier. This speed tier is at a point where lacking the literal best speed in OU or Prankster priority is usually not noticeable. Iron Head hits A-Ninetales and Crunch keeps Zamazenta from being walled by Dragapult and Gholdengo.

Gouging Fire:
Honestly, you can keep Booster on this if you want. Another good option for an item is Heavy-Duty Boots too.

Edit: Forgot to mention Tera Flying or Fairy is probably best for Gouging Fire.

DDance Moon is fine, ig. Ogerpon is my personal bonk girl and I love using her (especially in Rain!). Of course I’ll swap out Wake for her. Bolt is also fine ig. I suppose it’d be helpful for bulk investments. I just love how you said “This is fine” for Gambit, like it’s the meme lol. Glimm is a bit weird for me… my Glimm runs both hazards, EP, and Gem. It’d take some getting used to. I’ve also never heard of screens Zamazenta, but it seems doable. Why not replace CC for Body Press, tho? And sure, I’ll keep Proto on Fire! Thanks!
Oh, I get Glimm now. It’s mainly hazard removal, so Sp. Atk moves. Still using EP over Wave, tho

I feel like something like Energy Ball can be used on Glimmora to do big damage to things like Great Tusk and Dondozo, but its up to the questioner.
Maybe, but Sludge Bomb Wave is for Hatterene, Power Gem for Torkoal and Pelipper, Mortal Spin to remove opposing hazards from opposing leads, and Stealth Rock / Spikes for hazards. You don’t really want to have a bad MU vs. common weather leads or Hat.
