I am answering!
Double Team is banned.
Dammit
Your Item choices are weird as well.
This is quite a strange team. Are you new to competitive battling?

Glaceon

I know you love Glaceon but pure Ice types carry a load of weaknesses to the most common types in NU and have a Stealth Rock weakness. I am obliged to give you a replacement for him. I suggest Regice instead because of his amazing Special Defense and here is the moveset i use for him.

Regice

Regice @ Chesto Berry
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 SAtk/ 248 HP/ 8 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk,-Atk)

  • Thunderbolt
  • Ice Beam
  • Thunder Wave
  • Rest

Regice has access to the BoltBeam combo while being able to paralyse and heal himself. Give him maxed out EVs in Special Attack and Modest Nature and he may have a chance to sweep. He can support your team with Thunder Wave, allowing your teammates to outspeed the paralyzed opponent. Thunderbolt is a good move that has decent coverage in NU. Ice Beam is STAB and Thunder Wave is support. Rest is a reliable way to heal yourself and it is awesome paired with Chesto Berry.

Charizard

Yet another Pokemon that loses the half of his HP by Stealth Rock. He may be dangerous but he doesn't seem to help your team. Instead of Charizard, i suggest Emboar. You already have too many Special Attackers in your team. Here is a moveset for Emboar.

Emboar

Emboar @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 4 Def
Jolly Nature (+Spd,-SAtk)

  • Flare Blitz
  • Wild Charge
  • Superpower
  • Earthquake

I would've happily suggested Magmortar if he was still in NU. Emboar is like a mini Darmanitan! Choice Scarf will give him some decent Speed. Flare Blitz is STAB and Wild Charge is coverage against Water and Flying types. Superpower is STAB and takes care of Rock types while Earthquake covers as much types as possible.
__
Samurott

There a lot of weird things with that Samurott. First of all, you should know that Double Team and other Evasion boosters are banned in competitive battling. Second of all, Cell Battery is not the greatest Item out there. Third of all, having a mixed Samurott (Return is Physical and will not hit hard since you have Timid Nature) is a really bad idea, since you only invested EVs in Special Attack. Samurott is a great sweeper if used correctly and he works way better if used as a Swords Dance sweeper. Here is the moveset i always use for Samurott and the one that works best for him:

Samurott @ Life Orb
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 Atk/ 144 Spd/ 112 HP
Adamant Nature (+Atk,-SAtk)

  • Swords Dance
  • Waterfall
  • Megahorn
  • Aqua Jet

Here's a basic Swords Dance sweeper. Use Swords Dance once or twice then, start sweeping. Waterfall is STAB and Megahorn is coverage against Grass types. Aqua Jet is if you know that the opponent outspeeds you and it is STAB.
__
Bellossom

Bellossom is not really a very good Grass type. His Stats are not that bad, apart from his horrendous Speed. He can only work well in a Sun team, where his Ability Chlorophyll comes in handy. Elsewhere, he can't really be used for any purpose. Since your team is weak to Stealth Rock, i suggest Armaldo as a Rapid Spinner. Also, you forgot 4 EVs on Bellossom. Here is the moveset is previously used for Armaldo before kicking him out of my team.

Armaldo

Armaldo @ Leftovers
Trait: Battle Armor
EVs: 252 Atk/ 128 HP/ 128 Spd/ 4 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk,-SAtk)

  • Swords Dance
  • Rapid Spin
  • X-Scissor
  • Stone Edge

This Armaldo can spin and sweep at the same time. One Swords Dance and his Attack skyrockets. X-Scissor is STAB and has neat coverage in NU by destroying Absol and Exeguttor and other Psychic types. Stone Edge is STAB as well.
__
Absol

I would gladly keep Absol but if i did, your team, who is already weak to Fighting types, will have a hard time dealing with Machoke, Gurdurr and the other Fighting types in NU. Also, that Absol is really not the best i seen. I don't know why you're going with a mixed Absol. Shadow Ball has absolutely no coverage on Absol as Foul Play covers exactly the same things as it does but in better since it is STAB. Also, Foul Play is not really reliable and why don't you have an Item on him? It's not like if you were using Acrobatics... I suggest a Ghost type so you can switch into predicted Fighting attacks. I suggest Haunter, one of the best, if not the best, Ghost in NU. Here is the moveset i used for him.

Haunter

Haunter @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk/ 252 Spd/ 4 HP
Timid Nature (+Spd,-Atk)

  • Shadow Ball
  • Sludge Bomb
  • Pain Split
  • Substitute

The point of this Haunter is to set up Substitute and start sweeping. Why Substitute? Because Haunter has almost inexistant bulk. You must rely on his Speed to attack before the opponent does. Shadow Ball is STAB and hits a bunch of Psychics in NU. Sludge Bomb is STAB as well and Pain Split is a reliable way to heal yourself and do a bunch of damage to the common Stallers such as Alomomola and Lickilicky. Pain Split also works well with Substitute.
__
Altaria

That Altaria isn't doing any good to your team and why are you running a Mixed Altaria? It's either Physical or Special. Also, i'm not sure what good he is doing to your team. Dragon Pulse doesn't cover much Pokemon in NU since they are very rare. Flamethrower is useless since you already had Charizard (now you have Emboar) and Sky Attack, well, Emboar already covers Bug and Grass types but he only would be useful for KO'ing Fighting types. I suggest Kadabra. Here is a moveset for him.

Kadabra

Kadabra @ Life Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 SAtk/ 252 Spd/ 4 SDef
Timid Nature (+Spd,-Atk)

  • Psychic/ Psyshock
  • Shadow Ball
  • Hidden Power Fighting
  • Calm Mind

Kadabra has the same role as Haunter. Sweep as fast as they can before they get KO'd. One Calm Mind is enough for Kadabra so it can sweep. With a non-damaging Life Orb because of Magic Guard and Calm Mind, it becomes potentially dangerous and strong enough to sweep an entire team. Psychic is STAB but you might prefer Psyshock for those annoying walls. Shadow Ball is coverage against Ghost types and HP Fighting is coverage against Dark types. Calm Mind is to set up. Beware because Kadabra can be easily KO'd by a super-effective STAB move.

All in all, i hope you like your new team now. If i had to rate your team, i would give it a 4/10 due to the awkward movesets and the erratic Items you had. Hope i helped you!

Hahahaha. You did not even finish.
I know..... I gotta go.
*sigh* .... What we talked about before, also applies to answering.
Really? Because i just finished. Also, i wrote that so nobody else would answer because that would be a teensy bit unfair.
Actually, I would suggest keeping Charizard and going Sub-Salac. Stealth Rock means you only need one Sub before Salac and Blaze activate.
Good point..... Never thought of that!
