regirock

Regirock @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 84 Atk / 172 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Stone Edge
- Protect

All right, this guy is my bulky lead. He just needs the power to get up a S-rock and maybe a Toxic.

articuno

Articuno @ Lum Berry
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 112 HP / 144 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Extrasensory
- Hurricane
- Water Pulse
Most people don't expect this guy to be as speedy as he is, and they pay the price. Articuno, (unless facing a rock type) can take a hit, and has the means to deal with lots of types. However, I'd like to see what you guys think about him on my team, and whether I should make any changes.

swellow
Swellow (F) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Facade
- Brave Bird
- U-turn
- Steel Wing
This probably isn't the first time you've seen this guy. I like him on my team, he can really put a dent in the opponent's team with the guts/facade combo. I was going to give him the burn orb... but I couldn't find it on PO... or is it Fire Orb? Anyway, this guy is also great to switch into when I see someone ready to burn/poison me.

tauros

Tauros (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Double-Edge
- Iron Head
- Outrage
- Earthquake
Double-Edge on this guy is LETHAL, and I feel like sometimes people don't realize how fast a Tauros is until they face one. I don't come across many fighting types in NU except for Throh, so Tauros doesn't have too many weaknesses in the tier.

audino

Audino (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Healer
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SDef
Hardy Nature
- Wish
- Toxic
- Protect
- Heal Bell
This guy will get owned by taunt, so you don't have to remind me. This guy is just meant to heal and stall.

raichu

Raichu (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Lightningrod
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Nasty Plot
- Thunderbolt
- Grass Knot
- Thunder Wave

This guy is meant to sweep if I can get up a Nasty Plot, but sometimes (if that fails) i just end up paralyzing the opponent and switching out. Any suggestions?

LOL, moving sprites are SO much more entertaining.
I suggest replacing Raichu's Life Orb with an Air Baloon.
AND I love how you pag attention to what pokemon are in a tier, because little people know that there are not much fighting type in that tier. Like the team.
Fighting types in NU? Sawk, Gurdurr and Machoke are everywhere. This team will get owned by Scarfed Sawk.
^ second that.
I'll battle this team. I already notice some huge problems you'll be having and I haven't even yet faced the team... So yeah...
I'll provide my input after we battle.
Not Fire orb, I recall it as Flame orb.

Regirock
First things off. I'm pretty sure that Zoom Lens is banned from competitive play. So switch it for Leftovers. Also, if Sturdy is released, go with that. But you have to be careful with this guy, it's pretty slow, so you need to be able to predict a Taunt coming your way. And Stone Edge does seem to miss a lot, for something that has 80% accuracy, so maybe switch it for Earthquake? Your choice.
If you want to out speed some Pokemon and get a Stealth Rock in there, Golem would work as it's pretty fast. The moveset is pretty simple but if you want one, then comment.
____
Articuno
TBH, I don't like Articuno at all. I used it once, and it was just taking up a space in my team. The main reason that I hate Articuno is because it loses half it's HP to the common Stealth Rocks. But if you want o keep him, then change Hurricane (because it never hits unless in rain) for Roost. You need your HP. Articuno shouldn't really be offensive, it doesn't really work well. Extrasensory? I don't see the purpose of that move..... Maybe change it for Toxic to stall?
You can take advantage of speed by using this SubRoost set from Smogon:
Articuno @ Leftovers / Trait: Pressure / EVs: 248 HP , 8 Def , 252 Spe / Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
~ Substitute
~ Roost
~ Ice Beam
~ Toxic
__
Swellow
OK, the Burn/Fire Orb is called a Flame Orb, and yeah, you might want to choose that over the Toxic Orb. And your Swellow is great, just maybe you want to consider Quick Attack? For weakened enemies.
_____
Tauros
You could him Choice Band or Choice Scarf. It boosts your attacks/speed more, but has the down side of locking you into one move unless you switch out. Don't have Double-Edge, Life Orb + recoil makes him fragile. You coul Have Return instead of Double-Edge. Rock Slide for Outrage, Outrage isn't doing much, and Rock Slide hit bothersome flying types. Zen Headbutt for Iron Head? Zen Headbutt could hit opposing Sawks and Throhs.
__
Audino
Audino is good for team support, but MIsdreavus could work better.
Misdreavus @ Eviolite / Trait: Levitate / EVs: 252 HP , 232 Def, 24 Spe / Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Will-O-Wisp (or Toxic, if you want)
- Shadow Ball
- Pain Split

Heal Bell for healing the entire team from status
Will-O-Wisp/Toxic for stall
Shadow Ball is in face or a Taunt.
Pain Split for healing.
____
Raichu
Raichu is good. Just be careful, it's pretty frail and one Earthquake could easily knock him out. Thunder Wave is pointless, Thunderbolt might paralyze already. Swap it for Volt Switch to scout.
____
Those were my suggestions, hope it helped

Let me edit in the leftovers for Zoom lens (just looked at smogon's rules)
Thanks for the answer!
no problem :D

Your team has three major weaknesses, although one of those is in the category of one of the others. First off is the fact that the majority of your team is composed of physical attackers, allowing a physical wall/tank such as Tangela, Gigalith, Alomomola to easily wall your team and do as they wish. The second weakness is strong physical attackers, such as Sawk, Gurdurr, and Swellow. And the third weakness is a strong physical attacker, but one worthy of such note because it manages to easily destroy your team. That weakness is Golurk, who Raichu does the most damage to with Grass Knot, which happens to be only 83% - 98.2% to a standard 248 HP Golurk, meaning that while you are able to revenge kill Golurk after Grass Knot, you will have lost Raichu in the process.

Now then, one of the best measures for all of these problems is going to be adding a Tangela to your team. It can take pretty much every physical attacker in the game. Those it can't take it will easily neutralize with Sleep Powder. Tangela also manages to outspeed Golurk. As such, adding a Tangela to your team should be your first priority.

Next is some more bulk, yet also some Special offense. Duosion is an excellent Pokemon who can help deal with the Fighting type menace while also taking hits from other foes quite well. We'll replace Audino with that.

Tauros and Swellow pretty much do the same job. I found Tauros to be more effective for your team, and it is a lot harder to counter due to its movepool, so we'll keep Tauros and kick out Swellow. In return we'll add a Machoke, who is another bulky Pokemon but is better able to deal with opponent's thanks to Dynamicpunch, as Confusion can screw over any potential counters.

Now with the Pokemon swaps out of the way we can deal with the rest of your team.

We have Articuno being used as an attacker. The set that Dr. Flame posted should be used as it is superior to an attacking Articuno. With Machoke support you are also able to take down Mawile, Bastiodon, and Probopass, who threaten the set by walling it completely.

I would give Regirock Thunder Wave instead of Toxic. Regirock will usually attract set up Pokemon (hopefully Gurdurr and Throh aren't attracted, as they are as hard of counters as you can get to Regirock) such as Gorebyss, and Thunder Wave is better able to take care of them. And instead of Protect, I would run with Earthquake, as Regirock has decent offenses and Earthquake gives you the classing Edge-Quake combo of type coverage.

Tauros doesn't have that great of a set. It likes having Return/Frustration so it doesn't get taken out by recoil combined with priority being launched at it. And Iron Head and Outrage do not provide good coverage. Instead give it Stone Edge and Zen Headbutt. Then as Dr. Flame suggested, a Choice Band will do you good. Then give it a Jolly Nature so it can outspeed stuff.

As for Raichu, I find having at least one Scarfer on a team is a neccessity. So we'll give it a Choice Scarf and swap out Nasty Plot and Thunder Wave for HP Ice and Focus Blast.

Yes! Oh my god, the first guy that really suggests a damn Machoke! :D
I thought it would work better than Gurdurr on this team. Machoke is able to better deal with the NU physical wallers thanks to Dynamicpunch.
Thanks!
