Your team is very slow. I know you have Trick Room, but this isn't a Trick Room team. The members of your team might be slow but this does not make them all too effective as members of Trick Room. And since you did not list this team as a Trick Room team, we'll toss out the Trick Room part and allow your team to take down UU teams, a usual mix of slow and bulky, and fast and powerful. You also have a problem with some specific Pokemon/types.
Grass types cause your team trouble. Tangrowth, Roserade, and Shaymin are huge threats in UU. Bronzong might be able to help, but it won't do much back and likely just be hit with Sleep Powder. Or when Shaymin figures out it has Heatproof, then launch some Earth Powers its way.
Rest Kingdra can cause this team some fair problems. And Steel types can easily use Umbreon to set up and sweep your entire team. And since your team doesn't have any real counters to these guys (mainly Cobalion and Bisharp being the main problems) we'll need to add some in.
Bronzong doesn't really add anything to your team. I would replace it. Fixing both your Speed problem as well as your Kingdra problem, we can add in Flygon, who is able to OHKO Kingdra with Outrage. It also helps out against these Steel type foes.
We'll replace Umbreon with something that is much less of a set up bait. Sableye should fit your purposes much better, able to Will-o-wisp Steel types. The thing is pretty much immune to Bisharp also.
I also didn't see Slowbro as being much help gto your team, although that might have to do with the awful moveset you gave it. But anyways, it compounds your Grass type weakness. And I want to keep Swampert, who I think provides more support to the team (or will). We'll add in the excellent Special Sweeper Chandelure, who is well known as one of the best counters of Grass types.
Now that Bronzong is gone, we'll provide Swmpert with more of a support role. We'll give it Roar and Stealth Rock, keeping Earthquake, then replace Hydro Pump with Waterfall.
I prefer Ice Punch on Machamp to hit Gligar, but this does leave Slowbro able to take you down. But because of a lack of any Ice attacks on your team, I would suggest going with Ice Punch. Both are equally usable though depending on what you want to counter.
I'll be changing your EVs and Natures, which you'll be able to see in the importable copy.
