Accomplished my first team of 6 shinies! (All in LGP) First 6 caught EVER (in order) : Machop, Growlithe, Weedle, Oddish, Cubone, Chansey.

Have had discussions and debate with my wife how a real life team would work. Using the anime logic, it seems a real life team would be compromised of Pokémon that have one of the following traits: looks similar to you, has a personality trait similar to yours, would function well with your career. The rules we’re using is the aforementioned physical, personality or career traits as well as no more than 1 of the following: max of 1 starter, max of 1 legendary, max of 1 favorite. None of those are required, just limited. That being said, who would be in your team of 6? Let me know on my wall! Once I have figured out my full team, I’ll post it here!

If I had to make a realistic team, it probably wouldn’t be sustainable to have 6 Pokemon, but I think it is funner if you do.

Torracat (Might be hard to maintain the fire  thing but I think it’s reasonable when dealing with magical creatures)

Unfezent  (its a pigeon i can catch one on my windowsill)

Roseila (its a rose, easy to find)

Rotom (in its individual form it can hypothetically make any electronic automatic)

Deerling wouldn’t be to difficult to catch and nether would Noctowl

If I had a ultra ball or something I could catch a Duraludon

Aha! If frogs can be leviathans the I see no reason why you should not join team ribbit!

I do live in the southeast US. There have been a surprising amount of deer recently, which shocks me because I didn't see too much deer while growing up (even though I'm still young).
I'm definitely interested to know what your team would be, going off of your established rules of course.

This isn't going off of your rules, but I did a realistic Pokemon team thing before, here's how that went:

"My REALISTIC Pokemon team:

1. Pidgey/murkrow
2. Skwovet
3. Treecko
4. Trevenant
5. Turtwig
6. Rotom Mow

Pidgey/murkrow - just some common bird, although I have found some crow or raven feathers so likely murkrow. Realistically, I wouldn't be beating up the common bird for exp or stumble across a Dusk Stone so I don't think I'm getting the evolutions.
Skwovet - a common squirrel. So many squirrels around. So many dead ones...
Treecko - I've seen a fair share of lizards around my house.
Trevenant - one night it was so stormy a tree behind my house fell over. So free trevenant. Plus I'm not finding a dead child to stuff in a tree stump for the pre Evo and also I play with sticks a lot.
Turtwig - Almost killing turtles thrice in the backyard with a lawn mower at least warrants a turtle Pokemon.
Rotom Mow - the lawn mower from the previous entry.

Some alternatives for the last one if I don't stumble upon a rotom are ekans (I found a snake once), a fox Pokemon (I saw a fox once), rattata (we had rats once), buneary, deerling, some bug type, or if you want to get real creative a small plane crashed next door and burned the house down some years ago so latios with a flame orb."
