Do you know any formats with few legends / mythicals? The only one I can think of is Gen 8 NU. I'm sure there are others barring NFE and LC, but I'm not sure...

He was even ranting about it in the NU room on Showdown this morning. I have his team pokepaste since he posted in the room. He has Sub SD Dhelmise, which isnt good. Fun fact, Specially Defensive Dhelmise can beat Blastoise.

I just did some calcs and my opponent could've killed my Blastoise with Guzzlord since Ice Beam doesn't OHKO his spread:
