Try the Undercover Umbrella, it's less of a defense weapon, but it can splats a lot more easily than any other type of Umbrella weapon. (Not including Sorella)  And it's for level 13 and up. I think I'm level 33, but I still haven't paid for Nintendo Switch Online yet.
