I'll let you in on a little secret: we don't want Pokemaster to own the server outright. We want onwership to be in the hands of someone who is an active part of the community.
Pokemaster is evidently a busy person, and unfortunately, his maintenance of the Showdown server over the years hasn't impressed many people. While we're respectful of the fact he'd probably like to be more involved than he is, it's not as if we can treat this situation like he will be going forward. It's not a knock on him that we don't expect a Discord server to be run much better long-term, especially considering his ambivalence toward the service in the past.
With a combination of the permissions I'd give him, as well as strong communication, he should still have sufficient control over our Discord to reflect his status. I just think the master controls are better kept with us, so we can ensure someone active is always in charge of the server. Hopefully that makes sense.

It is pretty hard to make Chestnaught OP without Custom moves/abilities. Most Pokémon that'll be revised to be less OP will be from Ubers or Putting Wonder Guard on Mega Sableye, etc. :P

I think your set is fine, but you could definitely improve it if you wanted. For example, your ability could be improved. Only Sableye, Spiritomb, and Giritina are hit harder with Scrappy Sacred Sword than Trop Kick. If you're worried about coverage, Tinted Lens allows you to always hit everything neurally and significantly improves your coverage over Scrappy (although, you'll hit Sableye/Spiritomb weaker), if you think that is worth considering. You also lack recovery, so Recover, Shore Up, Roost, Leftovers, Grassy Surge, Leech Seed, Horn Leech, or Drain Punch (maybe with Triage) are worth looking into, if you want to be more effectively "reusable". But, of course, you don't have to if you so desire. :P

I think you fit the criteria enough to be added, but I am waiting for 2 more days before I add more people. Still, if you send me your set on my wall, I probably won't forget to add it 2 days from now. :P
