To answer your question about skill link, loaded dice will not make it useless. The two Pokemon who use Skill Link primarily are Cloyster and Cinccino, outside of LC.

Cloyster will probably continue to use Skill Link, as it benefits greatly from the King's Rock Fling strategy, and its only other good option is Battle Armor.

For Cinccino, you will almost definitely see people using Loaded Dice, because Cinccino also has Technician. This will make each hit of Bullet Seed 50% more powerful, while still hitting 4 or 5 hits every time. It should be noted that Loaded Dice only increase the chance, not create a guaranteed 5 hits every time.
