tldr use the right items and EVs and gets your types down

Don't: Use Leftovers. They heal back about 1 Hp a turn. use Berry Juice for healing

Don't: Be ground weak. Digglett is the best Pokemon in the tier right now and Mudbray is great too.

Don't: Use choice band/specs. Life orb does similar or even more damage than bands/Specs because of how stats work in LC. Choice Scarf is still good though.

Do: Use eviolite and Knock Off a lot. LC is very reliant on Eviolite for bulk for a lot of it's Pokemon. Removing that bulk makes everything easier. Having that bulk does the same.

Do: Using fighting, flying and fairy types. The two best offensive types and the best defensive right now.

Do: Use EVs properly. EVs work differently on LC. use PS! sliders rather than typing numbers and you'll see what I mean.

Do: get the right stat numbers. If using eviolite def/spdef stats should be an even number. Same goes for Choice Scarf for speed. If using Life Orb HP should be 19. Pokemon weak to Stealth Rock should have odd numbered health and finally regenrator mons should have an even number divisible by 3, though this one is the least important.
