Hey there. I saw your question regarding Bug and Psychic Pokémon.
For starters, Bug type Pokémon do not resist Psychic type moves, but Psychic Type Pokémon are weak to Bug Type moves.
Being weak or resistant to a move doesn't affect the accuracy. It only affects how much damage you take.
Bug Type moves will do double damage to a Psychic Type Pokémon.
Psychic Type moves will do regular damage to a Bug Type Pokémon.
Bug Type moves would do half damage to, for example, a Rock Type Pokémon.
