Also, Sorry To bother, but I'm going to need your opinion on this (mostly because I didn't want to bother someone that is "more busy" from my perspective), I want to have some consistently for what "Registered Users" I do and don't let be on the DB SSB, and this is what I have:

Points. Well, the first thing that comes to mind when judging experience on this site is points. Of course the point system is what determined many Experts an Expert, and many Mods a Mod. Here is what I think: since the sections have 'differing' point values (because of the effort required), If your Points, P, total 6000, you can be added, where P= (Pokébase Point Value)+3(RMT Point Value)+6(Meta Point Value). The problem with this one is that may be too inclusive. Of course we could raise the point total, but to what then? :P

And Or

Based off of accomplishing a "contribution", for example: if someone programmed the format on the DB Server, they'd get a spot for contributing to the community. The problem with this one is that "worthy contributions" are based off of opinions, and opinions aren't really as consistent. :P

Do you think there needs to be any changes (more strict, less strict, more rules, less rules, more inclusive, less inclusive etc.)?

And also, do you think an over 2000 hunt for like your literally first shiny hunt above 20 SR is much? I quitted on my Reshiram because I had to get the event, but I ain't finding a new one.
