We don't unban people because we give them multiple chances before we ban.

ETN got banned before his perma ban. for both of his bans, he was warned repeatedly beforehand. This isn't his second chance - he's had many chances and messed all of them up.

I know this won't work, but I can try. ETN should be banned as much as Nuivo first, then, if he by then didn't learn his fault he wouldn't do that stuff anymore.
And ETN didn't know what he did wrong RIP.
