man you shoulda seen amethyst do his thing. He got to #4 on Pokebase in points and then semi-quit because we were kinda a broken community with no leader, but then he said, "Feels lame to leave it of at #4. Might as well close off the final 10,000 points." Then he did that in like a month lol. Everyone was supporting him and he wrote like 20 answers a day

You can hunt Regigigas in both games, but Brilliant Diamond requires far less set up and is way easier.
