It says all GROUNDED foes. Pokemon with levitate and flying types aren't grounded( well the ones in the air)

Acknowledged Flappers, although I'll leave a note here for everyone:

 I will have less activity over summer break (I am American, after all!) than I would personally like, but will try to get on once a week (Mostly for drawing updates from OrangeWigMan and possibly Flappers, whatever the octopus's stance is...). The inactivity is because of trips, work, and other difficulties, but of course, I won't leave this site, not only for the great community, but because I also have a project here that I don't want to lose. :P

I'm writing the response for that PM. I'll have it out to you tomorrow ;)
