Sorry for not answering sooner. And I am most pleasantly surprised you chose to ask this old pile of bones. Anyway, my honest opinion of Tales From 85' is that it's not as people make it out to be. It's watchable. It's honestly hard to watch depending on your age. Some younger people that got into ST for S4 and S5 will likely enjoy more content. If you began watching when S1, 2, or 3 were relatively new, you will almost certainly dislike the main idea. (Very mild spoilers) The stakes are world ending, despite Vecna not even being in the picture yet. The main new person, Nikki, doesn't die, meaning she just... like... vanishes? But like, for the rest of the series? Makes no sense, but it was a somewhat fun watch. You might like it. Sorry for rambling.
