Hello, Friend Codes are codes that you see in your 3DS or Nintendo Switch, if someone inputs your Friend Code their 3DS or Nintendo Switch will give a confirmation that you want to add a friend (in case you) and you see the person that added you in the friends list in your 3DS or Nintendo Switch.
