Here's what I think would be good TMs for Mew in Pokémon Yellow: Psychic for STAB and Thunderbolt to stop Water types. You already taught it Fire Blast and Blizzard which are pretty strong but you might want to reconsider them because of their accuracy and that they both take out Grass types. I think you should use Ice Beam instead, for Grass types since it doesn't miss a lot, and Surf for Rock, Ground, and Fire types. You can always spam Psychic when there's nothing else to do.
