So, we were in the car and I was playing FireRed and I battled this girl who said something like "My boyfriend is cool!" So I obviously had to say it out loud. We then started saying "My boyfriend is cool too! We must have the same boyfriend!" and other random boyfriend crap like that. I was still battling the same person and for some reason I said "Something's fishy" AND THEN MY MOM SAID SOMETHING ALONG THE LINES OF "Kinda like Link's boyfriend, or wife." I didn't get it at first but then I realized that she must have remembered me ranting about how Link is engaged to Princess Ruto but he can't marry a fish person if he's only seventeen.
