Again, I used to play Gen 8 NU (casually), but one look at the tier makes me think its nothing like the previous generation.

Electric is just dummy broken in NDMono. I think I messed around with Normal when HZoro came out (normal is genuinely insane, but they lack a bit of synergy), and last gen Fire, Dragon, and Psychic were respectable types as well.

Yeah that Excadrill was a shot in the dark XD. I used to play NDMono in Gen 8 but obv the Zardy grind took up most of the time. I could get back to it but I'd rather focus on NDOU and get more involved with other ND tiers once Gen 10 rolls around

I respect the interesting set lol. I remember trying so many stallbreaking options in NDOU, ranging from DD Icicle Spear Freeze-Dry Sub Kyurem to Tera Fire SD + TB + Rapid Spin Excadrill with Mold Breaker for Unaware.
