ok, clue ten was relatively easy, it was the name of a pokemon movie. clue 11 is very obscure, though I think it may be a CoD reference

omg i found it. it turns out all the pokemon listed are exclusive to pokemon diamond, or version-exclusive to it in gen 4

I've been doing a lot of digging around and apparently, this is too obscure to render a proper answer as only 3,815 have been able to solve it; granted, the cave of dragonflies isn't a super popular website, and that most people don't get to clue nine.
