Oh dear I have no idea. I used to hate Genesect, but not so much anymore. Metapod makes me irrationally angry, so maybe that's another. I'll get back to you on the third :P

Not that I/we are aware of, but I suppose it depends on what you consider 'hacking' to be.
The site has been the target of a DDoS attack before (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denial-of-service_attack ), but there is no hacking involved in that (and DoS attacks in general are not unusual).
