All of a sudden there was this pulsing feeling in my chest... kinda fast, but not poundy. Just kinda weird and shaky I guess. It was near my heart, I think, and I felt my face suddenly get hot and I felt sweaty and out of breath. It only lasted a second or two, but it makes me worry about myself.

Choiced status actually isn't that bad as it allows Choiced Pokemon to wear down their few switch-ins, like Entei potentially being able to use Toxic to hit Vaporeon (on paper I haven't actually used this yet). Toxic is the only viable Choiced status move though
