Ok there are Team Rocket blimps in PoGo and you can battle the grunts in it. The grunts have a specific type they use(Like a Gym). You can catch a pokemon of that type with whatever that aura is called(Haven't played it in a year) The Leader don't use a specific type, and give their first pokemon with the aura. Grunt Leader Cliff(the easiest for me) gives a Larvitar. One time, mine was shiny.
