I think the points thing should be something like this: a grunt is worth 1000 points, a commander is worth 2000, an executive is worth 3000, etc. Each member is worth what their rank is worth plus their Meta points times 3 (because it means they probably help out a lot), their Pokebase points times 2 (because its the one everyone has points on), and their RMT points times 1 (because nobody cares about RMT). Then, you add up what all out members are worth, and multiply the total by 1.1 for every registered user we have, 1.2 for every expert, 1.3 for every editor, and 1.4 for every mod, in that order. Then you divide it by 10^half the amount of digits it is and round to the nearest whole number, just to make it easier to process. I'm gonna do that right now.

ok. I was considering making an "awesomeness points" system that did something like that, but more complicated.

But! Rewarding members with points is also a good idea.
