this is the stall team i use, Dugtrio is for trapping and revenge killing, it can eliminate steel types who are a problem because they are immune to toxic.
Rillaboom is also a revenge-killer with Grassy Glide and is support because it weakens earthquakes for Heatran and Toxapex and provides gradual healing, and it also has U-Turn to get out of bad situations and Knock Off to remove something like Heavy-Duty Boots or Leftovers. Heatran combines stalling and offense. It can use Magma Storm to deal damage and to trap and stall the enemy, because Magma Storm takes away 12.5% of the enemy's HP every turn. Heatran also uses Flash Cannon to destroy Magic Guard Clefable, which is immune to Toxic, Stealth Rock, Spikes, and Leech Seed.
