Just though I'd let you know that your post regarding your Pokemon X team is being hidden. The rules state that in game teams aren't allowed; it for competitive and only competitive. In game teams are simple to fix/maintain; just power level if you're behind, and remember to have some type variety and you'll be fine. Since there really isn't much strategic element, unlike in competitive battles, in game teams aren't allowed.

If you don't know what a source is it means why you know it. It could be a link or something like experience.

What I mean is that you have to know it is correct like adding a source.

If you answer a question, you have to confirm the answer.
