There's a website called Pokemon Showdown!. Open the teambuilder on that website, enter the stats and other traits of your pokemon into it and then click on the import/export button on the top left of the teambuilder. This will open a menu where your team members will be displayed in text form. Copy this text and paste it to post your own team.
This is by far the easiest method and the one I reccomend using.
