But I guess on that specific question the games overpower the anime.

Since the question involved battling, which is a much more important factor in the games rather than the anime. Whilst, the anime involves a bit more about helping people and the love for Pokemon.

I'm sorry if that sounded a bit biased, since I admit I play the games a lot more than watch the anime.

Shippuden is great, but still the same crap ton of filler and boring stuff inbetween the epic stuff that everyone loves. Prepared to either watch some **** or miss a few details. Naruto Vs Pain alone is worth the effort though.

You could just still call me Josh or PX you know. And, i never watched Sword Art Online, so no idea.

Naruto gets better as he goes on into Shippuden (if you haven't watched that far). Where are you on it? :P
